We have dynamic classes available to help you map out and navigate your journey to parenthood. Our goal is to give you current information and tools that help you make the best decisions for you and your family.
All clases have been updated to accomodate both in person and live online students. Please indicate your preference on the registration form.
Prenatal Classes
Some general curriculum topics covered are:
- pregnancy warning signs
- the stages and phases of labour
- the delivery process for both home and hospital births
- medical procedures and possible interventions
- relaxation techniques
- natural and medical pain relief options
- Breastfeeding
- Immediate newborn care
- Warning signs for baby
Group classes – Cost: $200
($226 with HST)
In-home private classes (7-8 hours) – Cost: $400
($452 with HST)

Refresher Class
Labour can start and progress very differently for every single birth. This is a 2 hour prenatal refresher class, in the comfort of your home, to help you prepare for your next birth experience.
Cost: $125
($141.25 with HST)

Other Services
